Classic ichigo daifuku - sweet red bean paste (anko) and handmade mochi wrapped around whole strawberries. Each contains one complete berry. Optimal when chilled 15 minutes before eating.

When Will I Get My Order?
Because we handmake our mochi fresh daily, advance orders are required to guarantee the freshest daifuku. We prepare your daifuku in the morning and deliver them straight to your doorstep.
We prepare our batches in limited quantities, on every Wednesday and Saturday of the week. The cutoff for each batch is 22:00 the night before. We thank you for your cooperation in allowing us to bring you the highest quality service and taste.
Eating Instructions
Best enjoyed the same day—the mochi skin is softest upon delivery, and the fruit filling stays perfectly fresh.
Storage tip: If needed, store at room temperature with our packaging for no more than one day. For the best texture when eating later, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
